| • Visitors ID & Guest Passes• Visitors IDID Required For Every Visit All members are required to have a photo on file for admission to the facility. For security reasons, all members must scan YMCA identification when using the YMCA. All guests are required to present ID on every visit. • Guest Passes All Adult, Young Adult and Senior Facility Members are entitled to two free guest passes per year. Family members are entitled to two (total for the family) guest passes per year. Youth (6–17) $5 each; Adult (18+) $10 each. |

| • Payments, Fees & Financial Assistance• Building Fee This is a one-time fee for new adult, young adult, senior citizens and family members. It will be used for purchasing new equipment and for improvements to the facility. Your membership must be current to use the YMCA, but if it does lapse, you have 30 days to renew without paying another Building Fee.• Fees All fees are non-refundable. Accepted methods of payment: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Please note there is a $25 fee for returned checks declined credit cards.• Credits Policy Credits will only be issued for classes cancelled by the YMCA when a makeup class is not provided. Credits will not be issued for absences. Credits will not be redeemed for cash. Credits may be used toward payment of any class or program fee. Credits will expire one year from issue date.• Credit Card/Draft Membership Members may pay monthly on their Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Debit Card. The initial payment at the time of joining will be a down payment equal to two monthly installments and the Building Fee.• Membership Holds Monthly draft memberships may be put on hold for a maximum of 3 months per year at a cost of $10/month. A written request must be completed at the YMCA Welcome Center at least 30 days in advance of the hold period. Memberships will be automatically reinstated at the end of the period.• Pro-Rated Class Fees Class fees will be pro-rated for registrations that are dated after the third class has been held. • Financial Assistance Since it is our intent that no one be denied participation to programs because of an inability to pay, we offer scholarships. | • Upgrading & Cancellation of Membership• Upgrading of Membership If you would like to upgrade your 3-month membership to a 1-year membership before it expires, you may do so by paying the difference in full (plus the Building Fee, if applicable).You need to upgrade before your 3-month membership expires. Please contact the Welcome Center for details.• Cancellation of Membership Membership may only be cancelled by completing a Membership Cancellation Form at the YMCA Welcome Center. 30 day advance notice is required. Cancellations occurring before your first anniversary will result in the forfeiture of one month’s security deposit. This is a continuous membership which is valid until the Cancellation Form is completed, signed and or dated by a Welcome Center representative. Phone-in or faxed cancellations will not be accepted. Members enrolled in classes may not cancel their monthly bank draft. Annual Memberships may not be put on hold. |

Babysitting Service
KIDS KORNER
While using our facilities, members and program participants may enjoy on-site babysitting for their children. Parents and guardians must remain on site during the entire length of their child’s stay in Kids Korner. This is a complimentary service for Family Facility Members and is limited to 2 hours per visit. For all other members the cost is $5.Monday-Friday

Membership Appreciation Days
To celebrate our members, we host a day with free guest visits and enrollment incentives.Any Adult category Facility Member may bring a friend(s) to work out or take a class. If that guest joins as a Facility member that same Membership Appreciation Day, the sponsoring member will earn a $50 credit on their account. The guest will have the Building Fee waived and save up to $100.• Monday, September 15
