Cardio View our Buddy System Personal Training movie!

• Regular Classes • B.T. S. (Burn, Tone & Strengthen) This high energy class will help you burn calories while toning and conditioning your entire body. You will be put through challenging cardio, toning and strengthening drills using various forms of resistance. All fitness levels will benefit from this workout.

• Cardio Kickboxing This class combines tai kwon do, boxing and cardio creating a high energy, high calorie burning class. Each week a martial arts combo is taught to make the class fun, as well as challenging!

• Cardio Sculpt This power packed class incorporates skills, drills, circuits and intervals to push you beyond your normal fitness level and give you the extra boost you need in your regular exercise program.

• Fit Start This class is designed specifically for beginners and older adults to help you meet cardiovascular requirements while improving balance and flexibility. Weights, resistance bands and bars are used.

• Just ABS This 15 minutes class provides a great core workout. Participants work all areas of abdominals and strengthen the upper and lower back all while stretching and elongating muscle fibers.

• Muscle Works Resistance training to strengthen all muscle groups using resistance bands, hand weights, stability balls and body bars.

• Nutrition & Women’s Free Weight Training: Class ratio 6:1: This class is geared specifically to women. We will discuss diet and nutrition on a weekly basis. This class will debunk the myth that if women lift weights they will get big muscles. Free weight training is awesome for women of all ages. Emphasis will be placed on proper form. Come learn how to build long, lean muscle for a slimmer, trimmer you!

• On The Ball This fun class provides a total body workout using stability ball. It is designed to tone muscles, build strength and increase endurance and balance.

• Resistant Band Body Sculpt: (NEW) This challenging and exciting new class will not only help strengthen your entire body, but it will tone you and help with your flexibility. If you want a change, sign up today and challenge yourself!

• Step Circuit This class incorporates intervals of step and muscle conditioning routines that give you a complete total body workout. Intermediate-Advanced participants must see the instructor before enrolling.

• Step Up Participants will perform various movements up and down a step platform that meet your cardiovascular goals and develop major muscle strength. A short abdominal workout will be performed at the end of the class.

• Yoga Flex Using Yoga, you will gain flexibility, balance, coordination and stability as well as learn meditation techniques. This group class is for beginner to intermediate participants.

• Yoga Precise Conducted in the Iyengar tradition participants will learn more advance precision poses using props while gaining greater flexibility, balance, coordination and stability.

• Zumba® You will get a great and effective workout using Latin based movements. These routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

• Zumba® Toning With this fun and energizing class, you will continue to burn calories with the Zumba. The Zumba you have come to love while blending body-sculpting techniques using light weights and Zumba sticks.

• Adult & Youth KarateYoga Instruction is in the techniques of Shotokan Karate from the beginner to advanced levels. Instructor is a 6th degree Blackbelt.

• Adult and Youth Personal Training Need more attention? Guidance? Motivation? Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will design a customized program for you and deliver the motivation you need to improve your overall fitness level

• Body Blast Boot Camp This is a class that is 75 minutes of muscle developing, fat shedding, body shaping movements. But don’t let the name scare you; this class is for everyone.

• Buddy System Training This program is designed for members who wish to enjoy the full benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. You and a friend will work together with one of our personal trainers and get the additional motivation.

• Teen Strength Training Basics 13-16 years old will be given the proper foundation for strength training and weight lifting techniques. Through a variety of training exercises teens will gain a better understanding on how to properly use fitness equipment in a safe and controlled environment.

• Youth & Adult Karate This class is for those 5 years and up. Instruction is in the techniques of Shotokan karate from the beginner to advanced levels. Instructor is a 6th degree Blackbelt.

• Youth Conditioning & Endurance Training Children 11-13 years old will have fun conditioning their bodies while developing their endurance to help them succeed in sports and improve their overall fitness. Maximum 10 participants.

• Youth Strength Training Teens 13—16 years old will have fun learning resistance training and agility techniques in a safe and controlled manner. Through a variety of unique training exercises teens will learn safe and effective ways to meet their fitness goals as well as develop new friendships. Participants will gain a better understanding of their abilities and how to properly use fitness equipment in order to continue to successfully maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
 
 
| Badminton Court Reservation Policy

•Fitness Center Policies

1. A Facility Membership is required to use the Fitness Center.

2. Proper workout clothing and sneakers are required.

3. Children under 13 years of age are not allowed to use the Fitness Center unless they are enrolled in a class or personal training session.

4. Free weights and equipment must be returned to their proper place and users must wipe down machines after use.

5. Any personal items should be stored in lockers in the locker rooms. Storage is at your own risk.

6. New members are strongly encouraged to schedule their 3 free fitness orientations with a personal trainer before using the Fitness Center. Contact the Welcome Center at x201 for details.
•Group Exercise Policies

1. A Facility membership is required to participate in any Group Exercise class (land or aquatic).

2. Members are required to register for classes by completing a Class Enrollment form each program session.

3. Facility members 13 years and older are permitted to register and participate in Group Exercise classes.

4. Registered Group Exercise class participants between 13 and 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent in the class.

5. Registered group class participants between 13 and 15 years of age must be situated closest to the door.

6. The Group Exercise instructor reserves the right to remove any person(s) from a Group Exercise class for inappropriate behavior or disrupting the class.

7. Per fire safety regulations, no more than 32 people are allowed to participate in Group Exercise classes in the Wellness Studio. The class is open on a first come, first served basis.
