• Cardio • Cardio-Kickboxing This high energy workout will help you develop strength, flexibility and agility by using kickboxing moves in fun and easy routines that focus on toning your abdominals, upper and lower body. • Cardio Rhythm You will perform dance combinations of different rhythmic movements to meet your cardiovascular needs. This class may also includes light muscle conditioning. Fun for all fitness levels. • Fit Start Designed specifically for beginners and older adults to meet cardiovascular requirements, improve balance and flexibility. Weights, resistance bands and bars will be used to condition your muscles. • Rebounding Get a great cardiovascular workout using a mini trampoline. You will perform various jumping and bouncing moves without putting any stress on your joints. • Step Circuit Incorporates intervals of step and muscle conditioning routines that will give you a complete total body workout.
**This class is designed for Intermediate-Advanced participants. Please see the instructor before participating. • Step Up You will perform various movements up and down a step platform that will meet your cardiovascular goals and major muscle strength. A short abdominal workout will be performed at the end of the class. |

• Body Conditioning • Boot Camp A traditional military inspired workout that will strengthen and condition your entire body. You will perform basic cardiovascular drills and utilize weights, bars and/or bands. Recommended for intermediate participants but can be modified for any fitness level. • Just ABS Get a great core workout in just 15 minutes. You will work all areas of your abdominals, strengthen your upper and lower back while stretching and elongating your muscle fibers. • Muscle Works Resistance training to strengthen all muscle groups using resistance bands, hand weights, stability balls and body bars. • On The Ball A total body workout using a stability ball. This fun workout is designed to tone muscles, build strength and increase endurance and balance.• Zumba You will get a great and effective workout using Latin based movements. These routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. |
